Registration and Accreditation

Yes, we are a registered training organisation (RTO). Our registration number is 21642. This means that we have met the stringent quality standards set by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and are authorised to deliver nationally recognised training and qualifications.

Enrolment Information

You can enrol in our courses in a number of ways. You can find your chosen course on our website and complete the enrolment process online. Alternatively, you can give us a call or send us an email, and our friendly team will guide you through the enrolment process. We're here to help you every step of the way!

Yes, you need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to enroll in a course with us. A USI is a unique reference number that creates an online record of your recognised training and qualifications in Australia. To obtain your USI, you can visit the official USI website (usi.gov.au) and follow the steps to create your USI. Make sure to have your personal identification documents ready before starting the process.

es, we offer credit transfer as part of our recognition arrangements. If you have existing qualifications or Statements of Attainment from another Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that directly match the units in the course you are enroling in, you may be eligible for course credit. Simply indicate on your Enrolment Form that you wish to apply for course credit and provide a certified copy of your qualification along with a record of results or your Statement of Attainment. Credit Transfer may also be awarded for qualifications or Statements of Attainment that include units of competency aligning with the content of the units within the course you're applying for.

Yes, we offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL allows you to receive course credit for the skills and knowledge you have acquired through your work and life experience, including any training completed outside of formal training arrangements. With RPL, you can fast-track your learning journey by demonstrating your competency in the relevant units of competency. Contact us to discuss your eligibility for RPL and begin the assessment process.
